One thing that I’ve learned about myself is that I only like really simple things.  Complicated, time-consuming recipes are never going to happen at my house.  If I can get an easy meal in the crockpot, I am pretty darn proud of myself.

A few years ago, I started freezing meals for my crockpot and it changed my life.

Why crockpot freezer meals?

  • They don’t require any cooking ahead of time so they’re very quick and easy to make.
  • They cook for the first time out of the freezer and don’t taste like leftovers at all.
  • I can dump a meal into the crockpot in the morning and come home to a delicious meal at 6pm (and boy does my house smell amazing!).
