A Year’s Worth of Crockpot Freezer Meal Plans…for Free!

Are you a fan of crockpot freezer meals?  This is your lucky day.  I kept track of all of our favorite recipes from last year and arranged them into calendars for 2018 to create the ultimate meal planning post.  Below, you’ll find all of my printable recipes, shopping lists, and monthly meal planning calendars FOR FREE.  Enjoy, Friends!

A Year's Worth of Crockpot Freezer Meal Plans...for Free!
Oh my gosh, this post was a labor of love.  Most of the work was done last year – figuring out what was in season each month, compiling the crockpot freezer recipes and testing them, creating the shopping lists (with lots of help from my assistant Jana), and editing the meal planning calendars so you can delete and swap recipes (a huge thanks to my husband, Andy, for taking the lead on this one).  Then I put everything in one place (this blog post) and tried to organize it.  Phew!

The good news is that I’m super excited about these crockpot freezer recipes and I know you’re going to love all of the free printable docs.

What’s so great about these crockpot freezer recipes?

  • They’re healthy. (Most of them include veggies that are in season that month.)
  • They’re delicious! (I tried all of them myself.)
  • They don’t require any cooking ahead of time. Simply add the ingredients to the crockpot in the morning or assemble them in plastic freezer bags and freeze for up to three months.

10 Whole30 Crockpot Freezer Meals in 90 MinutesAwesome! How do I download the recipes, shopping lists, and calendars?

Thank you so much!! I’ve only made a couple of your recipes (I found you through your Whole30 takeover and have mostly followed you on Instagram), but the ones that I’ve made have been winners. (The Pepper Steak – oh my!) I’m looking forward to digging into these.

  • Kathleen C says:

This is phenomenal! Thank you so much! My family and I LOVE your recipes and I love that they are getting healthy meals while staying in a very tight budget AND I know what is for dinner each night! This is truly a labor of love and it is very much appreciated.

I am already a subscriber but wanted to get free printable freezer meals with the names of the meals printed on them and it will not let me. Help! Thank you very much.

  • Marianne Mitchell says:

The 3rd recipe for January mentions adding broth in the directions, but doesn’t have an amount listed in the ingredients. Can you clear that up please?

    • Kelly McNelis says:

That’s just a typo. Sometimes when we’re writing a bunch of recipes at once we copy and paste the instructions to save time and something slips through the cracks – sorry about that! No broth needed for that recipe.

  • Jen says:

This is an amazing recipe list! Your freezer meals have completely changed my approach to ‘whats for dinner’. I am one of many who just got an instant pot – is there any chance you could add IP cooking instructions? (For those days when I’ve forgotten to think ahead).

  • Stacie says:

    Hey Kelly!
Are these different recipes than are available in the big cookbook bundle that is on AWESOME sale right now?? I might have died and gone to heaven.

    • Kelly McNelis says:

Yes, they’re different! Every so often I’ll include a cookbook recipe in a meal plan, but I try to keep them exclusive to customers.

  • Ana Harrison says:

Thank you so much!! This is awesome!! I can’t wait to make some of these. I just have one question for you. I see where you give the serving for each recipe but what do you consider to be the serving size… for example 1 cup, 3 oz, etc…..

  • Shannon Scherer says:

Thank you, Kelly! This is a phenomenal gift! My family loves your recipes. You have helped me feed my family and keep my sanity this past year. I work full-time an hour from home and am going to college. I am starting a new class this coming Monday, and was just wondering how I could plan and prepare some meals ahead of time this weekend. I am SO looking forward to using your new plans this upcoming year! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

My family loves these meals and appreciates the flexibility it offers us during busy weeknights. This week we have been snowed in so we have just about cleaned out the freezer enjoying your well thought out recipes. The ebundle has been worth every penny and I really appreciate the labels. They are easy to read and very professional. Finally, I love the tips about the sequencing of the vegtables, spice, and meat into the freezer bag. I am still working on the oven meals as my first one didn’t work out as well as the crockpot meals. Thanks again for your generousity with the 2018 plan- I have already downloaded it!
