Are you a fan of crockpot freezer meals?  This is your lucky day.  I kept track of all of our favorite recipes from last year and arranged them into calendars for 2018 to create the ultimate meal planning post.  Below, you’ll find all of my printable recipes, shopping lists, and monthly meal planning calendars FOR FREE.  Enjoy, Friends!

A Year's Worth of Crockpot Freezer Meal Plans...for Free!
Oh my gosh, this post was a labor of love.  Most of the work was done last year – figuring out what was in season each month, compiling the crockpot freezer recipes and testing them, creating the shopping lists (with lots of help from my assistant Jana), and editing the meal planning calendars so you can delete and swap recipes (a huge thanks to my husband, Andy, for taking the lead on this one).  Then I put everything in one place (this blog post) and tried to organize it.  Phew!

The good news is that I’m super excited about these crockpot freezer recipes and I know you’re going to love all of the free printable docs.

What’s so great about these crockpot freezer recipes?

  • They’re healthy. (Most of them include veggies that are in season that month.)
  • They’re delicious! (I tried all of them myself.)
  • They don’t require any cooking ahead of time. Simply add the ingredients to the crockpot in the morning or assemble them in plastic freezer bags and freeze for up to three months.

10 Whole30 Crockpot Freezer Meals in 90 MinutesAwesome! How do I download the recipes, shopping lists, and calendars?

You have two options. You can download everything in one pdf file or take it month by month.

Option 1: My husband compiled all of the monthly recipes, shopping lists, and calendars into one pdf file that you can download instantly.  Just click the link below, enter your email address, and click “download now.”  The entire 226-page file will open in a new window that you can save or print.  Yay!

Thank you so much!! I’ve only made a couple of your recipes (I found you through your Whole30 takeover and have mostly followed you on Instagram), but the ones that I’ve made have been winners. (The Pepper Steak – oh my!) I’m looking forward to digging into these.

The 3rd recipe for January mentions adding broth in the directions, but doesn’t have an amount listed in the ingredients. Can you clear that up please?

This is an amazing recipe list! Your freezer meals have completely changed my approach to ‘whats for dinner’. I am one of many who just got an instant pot – is there any chance you could add IP cooking instructions? (For those days when I’ve forgotten to think ahead).

Thanks for the links, but I bought your ebook bundle last fall. Let me know if you ever sell the instant pot conversion sheet separately.
