Trying to figure out what to cook for dinner next week?  Here’s how we eat from our crockpot every night, including my printable recipes and grocery list!

7-Day Slow Cooker Freezer Meal Plan

Since my fourth baby was born we’ve been eating crockpot freezer meals every night.  It’s so nice not having to worry about cooking.  In the morning I grab a meal from the freezer and dinner is done.

By varying the meat, seasonings, and vegetables, it doesn’t feel like we’re eating the same thing all the time. The only thing that stays the same is that it’s super easy to get a healthy meal on the table.  Yay!

People ask me how we eat so many crockpot freezer meals without getting sick of them, so I thought it might be helpful to share a sample 7-day meal plan.

If you want to give it a try, I compiled the recipes into a free printable pdf with a full grocery list:

If you’re going to eat your meals right away, you can probably assemble them in gallon-sized baggies and store in the refrigerator.  I typically freeze my meals though, so we can eat them anytime over the next three months.  If you freeze your meals, here are some printable labels that will make your life easier:

Simply save the files to your computer, print them on regular computer paper, cut them out, and tape them to your freezer bags.  That way you’ll know exactly what’s inside and how to cook it.  So easy!!

Oh, and since I’ve made all of these meals before I have some photos of what they look like after cooking.  YUM.

Thank you Kelly!! Your meals have been great for me and my family. I purchased your bundle when it was on sale. I just last week started working full time after 10 years of working part-time so I have been slowly stocking my freezer and trying different meals to see which ones my family likes best while was still home part-time. I have now fully stocked my freezer with our favorite slow cooker, casseroles and skillet meals. All thanks to advice and great recipes from you. I have even turned many of our favorite meals that were not originally slow… Read more »

Thank you, Kelly! I have made a few of your slow cooker recipes here and there and they have all been really good, but the idea of putting together a whole bunch of them at once seemed daunting. Tonight though, I did it! I am returning to teaching on Tuesday after a three month maternity leave. Putting 11 meals in the freezer calmed my anxious mind as I realized I can love on my baby when I get home instead of stressing about what to cook! I appreciate your tips, healthy recipes, and down to earth approach to dinner!! Thanks.

Hi Kelly,
I loved the idea of not stressing about what was for dinner when I got home from work. So I bought your bundle last month. I made the mistake by not downloading all and printing at the time and now it seems like I’m locked out? and get the recipes back. What to do now?

I tried a simple menu week a couple of weeks ago and decided to go all in! I set aside this past Sunday to prepare 17 of the meals from the 5 ingredients or less menu. From the time I went to the store until I wiped the last counter clean was 7 hours. That includes some time in there for breaks and other things that came up. For 7 hours of time spent, my family will have meals for the whole month, because we aren’t all home each night, and we will have leftovers as well. I see that… Read more »

Thank you Kelly, this has helped my feed my kids healthy dinners, I work many late nights and it was easier to stop and get fast food on the way home, I knew that if I did not stop doing this it would hurt my kids in the long run. great recipes and my kids also really enjoy them
