15-Minute Freezer Recipes and Easy & Healthy Slow Cooker Recipes were my very first eCookbooks. I wrote them back in 2012 when I only had two children, a crockpot, and a dream. Now, I have a total of four children, a full-blown family business, and way more eCookbooks than I ever thought possible (my 11th will be available in January 2017!).
