Here are 19 freezer meal prep sessions that will help you stock your freezer in no time.  During the “prep session” all you need to do is combine the meats, vegetables, sauces and spices in baggies and freeze.  That means you can make 6-10 meals in an hour or less. Wahoo!

19 Freezer Meal Prep Sessions You Can Make In An Hour Or Less

I have four small children, so I don’t have a lot of time to cook.  Instead of scrambling to make dinner every night I set aside an hour or two on the weekend to make crockpot freezer meals.  Then, during the week, all I have to do is dump a bag into the crockpot and dinner is done.

Since I’ve tested hundreds of recipes I thought it might be helpful to share my favorite freezer meal prep sessions that take an hour or less.  These are all simple, healthy, and delicious recipes that my family loves.  If you click the links below you’ll find the original blog posts with the free printable recipes and grocery lists.

I also combined all of the printable recipes and grocery lists into one pdf that you can save and print:

I’ve tried every single recipe myself, so if you have any questions leave a comment below and I’ll respond as soon as I can. I’m a total crockpot freezer meal addict and I love getting other people hooked too.  Enjoy!

Thank you so much for sharing your hard work so graciously! It is so very helpful to have everything in an easily printed format that I can acess quickly, and it is lovely to have meals that don’t list “cream of whatever” in the ingredients! We’re expecting #4 soon and I’m hoping to make full use of your expertise in prepping. The food photos you take are beautiful too by the way!

Kelly, thank you for your yummy healthy meals.
We have a problem, we do not eat much – even a 1.5 crock pot is to big for just two of use.

How can I convert your freezer recipes to the oven????

Thank you so much for your time. Ethelyn
